Product Overview

本品为具有亲水性的阴离子界面活性剂，它能增强水向PU树脂的浸入渗透能力，加快DMF的扩散速度，使PU膜的凝固速度加快，微孔结构疏松，提高产品厚度保持率，成膜性和皮膜的回弹性及透气、透湿性。

This product is an anionic interfacial agent with hydrophilicity, and it can enhance the penetrating power of water into PU resin and raise the diffusion velocity of DMF so as to accelerate the setting of PU film, loosen the micropore structure, and improve the thickness holding rate and film-forming property of the product and the elastic resilience and air and moisture permeability of the leather film.

添加量：湿法浆料树脂总体系的0.2~1.5%。具体用量请小试后确定。
Addition quantity: 0.2–1.5% of overall system of wet-process slurry resin. The specific dosage shall be determined through a small scale test.

溶解性：≤5秒（1%水溶液，25℃）

Solubility：≤ 5 seconds (1% water solution, 25°C)

固含量：60±1%

Solid content：60±1%

PH值：6±1

基本特点
应用于湿法PU合成革，提高水和DMF的交换速度；
迅速增大泡孔，提高PU树脂成膜的成肌性；
应用于高剥离产品中，有利于提高和稳定产品的剥离强度。

包装储存/Points for attention

本品采用200Kg塑料桶包装，应在密封、避光，0~35℃的温度条件下储存，有效期为12个月。

This product is packaged in 200 kg plastic barrels, it shall be stored in a sealed condition, away from light and at 0–35 °C, and its shelf life is 12 months.
